Thermocouple Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor The thermocouple exhaust gas temperature sensor has 3-4 independent temperature detection channels. It uses 3-4 thermocouple temperature probes to collect temperature signals, and the internal data processing module converts the collected analog temperature signals into digital signals, which are transmitted to the vehicle system via the CAN bus. For temperature detection, a two-wire thermocouple signal acquisition circuit is adopted. The power supply and detection of each channel are independent of each other without mutual interference. If any one channel is short-circuited or open-circuited, the remaining channels can still work normally.
